Frustration

Dear Journal, I told Gieaun and Scede about my dream this morning on the way to school (but I didn't tell them about the cloaked stranger; I've never told anyone about him). We decided to follow the trail again and look more closely at the rock face. Sometimes the cart traffic going into Aldehren isn't so busy and Mr. Dharedth is able to get us to school early. We had hoped to get to the schoolhouse early today, but unfortunately there was a huge wagon with a broken axle in the middle of the main road through town and we were delayed. By the time we got to school, most of the students were already there and we had to wait until lunch to try and find Ellysian's hiding place. Unfortunately, just as we were coming out to lunch, both Ellysian and Eydeth went sneaking away into the bushes that led to the trail. We climbed up in our oak tree and kept an eye on the spot where they disappeared, but by the time they returned it was time to go back to class. We were going to try and sneak down the trail after school (since Mr. Dharedth doesn't pick us up right away), but when we headed that way, the little grassy hillside just below the trailhead was already occupied, by Ellysian and some of her friends of course. Before we could become the victims of another evil twin attack, Gieaun, Scede and I quickly went out to the front of the school building to wait for the mail cart. If I didn't know any better, I'd say Ellysian knew we were up to something. We'll just have to wait until she isn't paying attention. -Jahrra
